Aso — ebi is a Yoruba phrase, translated to mean Family cloth in 
English. It is a tradition where family members wear a particular fabric
 in the same colour and design to distinguish them from other 
personalities at a ceremony; wedding, birthday, naming or burial.
And taking the stress off family and friends when it comes to picking
 an outfit and generally organizing the event is Babasola Olusoga the 
CEO/ MD of Aso-ebi planner a brand that caters for aso-ebi needs of 
clients and organizers of the yearly ASO EBI Planner fashion show and 
Bridal Exhibition.
This year the show,the show took place also in Abuja at the Silverbird 
Galleria.It will start from 22 to 26 February 2011 at 10am -10pm daily.
As partners thronged into the Galleria, the Aso Ebi Planner Bridal 
Exhibitions 2011, will be on ground with a robust line-up of fabric 
merchants and bridal vendors displaying award winning designs, services 
and fabrics, with vendors from the UK, USA and other African countries.We were on hand also to catch a glimpse of the opening events with many participants displaying their stuff.Such as  Condellezza Event managers,Iconola Fashions,Sparkle Jewelries,HatLab Ice Creams,Bisbod Aso Oke and so many others.Here are pictures of the opening event.
