ABOUT THE DESIGNER
The brains behind “Ignite Yrstyle” is Feyisayo Ayeni. An American based designer. A proud Nigerian. born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.
From early childhood, Feyi displayed a keen interest for fashion and design that was quite uncommon for her age. Playfully, designing and picking out birthday gifts for friends and family as she believed she had an eye for good designs… and she truly did.
As Feyi flourished into her teenage years, she continued to exhibit a great satisfaction in designing outfits for friends and family, though not professionally. Her relocation from Nigeria to the US proved to be a destined decision as she enrolled in the fashion design program at Wade college; a design school.
While at Wade, Feyi won a series of awards and accolades and these achievements further propelled her to start her very own fashion line - Ignite Yrstyle.
In 2010, her design was worn by the crowned Miss Africa Texas Queen @ a grand ceremony .
