In Benue State,the tribunal has also started receiving petitions.Here are the members of the election tribunals

Profile of Hon Justice Daisy Okocha.

Hon. Justice Daisy Wotube Okocha was born on the 15th January 1951. She was appointed a Judge of the High court of Rivers State on the 18th December, 1991. Before this appointment, she had worked, in the Rivers State Judiciary from 1981 as a Senior Magistrate in charge of Juvenile Court, from where she rose to the position of a  Chief Magistrate in 1988.She served as a Chief Magistrate for three years. The Hon. Justice Daisy Wotube Okocha attended Queens School, Enugu; Archdeacon Crowther memorial Girls School, Elelenwo; Ahmadu Bello University,Zaria, and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She holds the LL.B. (Hons) Degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1979. The Hon. Justice Daisy Wotube Okocha has held notable positions in society. She was one time Chairman, Magistrates Association of Nigeria, Rivers State Branch; National vice President, Magistrates Association of Nigeria; Treasurer, National Association of Women Judges Nigeria; former member and now Patron International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria; and Associate Life Member (No.365), Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association. She is also the holder of the Women of Honour Award 2006, National Council of Women Societies of Nigeria (NCWS). Her hobbies are golf, singing and philanthropy.
