The President Has Officially Taken A Stand Against The Kardashians.His Daughters Will No Longer Watch The Show.

I've long said that of all reality TV shows that I would totally watch — and there are many — the Kardashians has to be where I draw the line. The whiny, nasal voices, the Valley girl attitude, the abysmal parenting skills…it’s intolerable. Really. I know, you had no idea.

  Anyway, it turns out that I’m in good company. None other than the President of the United States, the leader of the free world himself, one Barack Obama, doesn’t want his daughters to watch the famous family’s TV show. In an interview with iVillage, Michelle Obama responded to a question about whether any television programs were off limits for Sasha and Malia by saying this: “Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians — when they watch that stuff — he doesn’t like that as much.”
You sort of wonder if, by “the Kardashians,” Michelle just meant any trashy reality show starring people who do nothing of value or substance, or if she literally meant the Kardashians. We may never know. But she did add that she wasn’t as strict as her husband. In regards to shows like “Keeping Up…” she says: “I’m more concerned with how they take it in — what did you learn when you watched that. And if they’re learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I’m like, okay.”
