The '39th American Music Awards' is back and this time it promises to get bigger and better as it is set to enthrall the audience with its impressive line-up of performances. The glitterati, glamour and performances of the awards night will be witnessed on TVs and satelites all over, as it premiers exclusively live on 21st of November, 2011 at 6:30 am IST LIVE & exclusively.
The American Music Awards celebrates the greatest talents of contemporary music by honouring the biggest names today ranging from powerful pop divas to sensational R&B and Rock acts, rewarding exceptional artists for their abilities to inspire and excite audiences all over the world. Fans across the world have voted for their favourite artists to make them the winners. The artists nominated this year include huge names like Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Jason Aldean, Kanye West, LMFAO, Nicki Minaj and Pitbull. The special and the biggest award of the American Music Awards - 2011 Artist of the Year nominees include Adele, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne and Taylor Swift.
The awards night will see Nicki Minaj and David Guetta opening the mega event. Adding to all the action and music will be host of artist and celebrities including pop singer Lance Bass, American Internet comedian Michael Buckley, English R&B singer and rapper Estelle, American actress Sarah Hyland, American actor, singer and musician Mitchel Musso and many more who will give the sashaying artists some company on the Red Carpet.
