Celeb Out About Okey Uzoeshi 2012 AMAA Nominee For BEST ACTOR IN A SUPPORTING ROLE.
With every major Nollywood star working on a movie its just a matter of a few time before Okey Uzoeshi too will join the league of producers .After all he has done major hits like -Fatal Imagination, Rivals, Cash Money, Sweet Tomorrow, Kidnap, and most recently Two Brides And A Baby and several other movies .
He started his journey into Nollywood in 2006 when he was selected to be a housemate in the second season of AMBO,since then Okey has featured in few movies with top producers and directors like Emem Isong,Lancelot Imaseun Desmond Elliot ,Aquila Njamah, Teco Benson and Charles Novia.
Okey is currently working on two projects Alan Poza a charles novia production which will have him star along with the likes of Oc Ukeje ,Beverly Naya, Lala Akindoju and Nobert Young, and Blood on the Lagoon a Teco Benson film in which he starrs with the likes of Omotola Ekeinde and Ufuoma Ejenobor.
Born in Lagos Nigeria, on the 28th of April 1983.
He is blessed with raw acting talents and a warm personality. A producers delight any day.
This new actor who is vastly making his way to the top, takes pride in studying every character he has to portray.
Okey is an all round entertainer who started his journey into showbiz in 2000 as a model. He featured in several fashion shows for top Nigerian designers like Zizi Cardow, Steve Ray, I-dee couture and a host of others. He also did a couple of photographic assignments, including Guiness Extra Smooth, Gordons Spark and was the face of Zooto fashions.

This is one of the few people that make nollywood movies worthwhile,to me he isn't a nominee this award is an "Acknowledgement" of a job welldone.
