Manchester City’s defender Kolo Toure got married to long-time fiancée and mother of his two children Chimène Akassou on Thursday in the Ivory Coast commercial capital Abidjan, in a ceremony that attracted distinguished personalities from the world of politics and sports.
 

The wedding took place at a mosque,while Kolo’s brother and club mate and African Footballer of the Year Yaya Toure was the best man. The newly weds have been living together in England since 2003, a year after the Ivory Coast international defender moved from his youth club Asec Mimosas to Arsenal.
