Abuja International Film Festival Kicks Off Tuesday.

All is now set for the 2012 Abuja International Film Festival, Mrs Temitope Duker, the organiser of the event said.She hinted  in Abuja on Monday that the festival would take place at the Silverbird Galleria from Sept. 25 to Sept. 28.Duker said that the festival would serve as a platform for stakeholders in the film industry to interact and explore possible areas of cooperation.

``All is now set to ensure a hitch-free interaction and possible cooperation among stakeholders in the film industry.

``The festival will be a networking ground where stakeholders will explore areas of partnership and possible collaboration with film makers around the world.''

The festival organiser said it would feature the screening and exhibition of local and international films.

``Also, the jury will select the best films among competing ones.''
