Abuja Stadium Wears A New Look.

After receiving several bashing from Bloggers and press repair works at the stadium started on Friday, September 14th and the following day, a major part of the renovation had been carried out.

‘’The Minister, Mallam Abdullahi is not only interested in the renovation and repair of National Stadium Abuja, but he is interested in ensuring that the routine work in all the facilities owned by the government go on, while we wait for funds for their proper renovation and management’’.

It will be recalled that the state of the stadium trended on blogs and newspapers in Nigeria last week as a result of over grown weeds, the Honourable Minister issued a query to the Director of Facilities, Magaji, over the sorry state of the Abuja Stadium recently, and shortly after the query, routine works began atthe stadium, and a few days later, it is wearing a new look.
