Chris Brown Explains The Meaning Of The Tattoo On His Neck,Says Its Not Rihanna.

By now you have all heard and seen what’s probably being called the most hideous neck tattoo to which pop star Chris Brown own,well The tat, which Chris Brown  debuted on Sept. 1, features a line-drawing of a woman’s face half-embellished by flora and fauna-ques things. The whole thing looks more like “Avatar”  but we guess if we squint our eyes reeaaally hard that his new ink is not Rihanna Chris, however, has already nipped that in the bud. According to his reps,the tattoo  is a combination of a sugar skull, associated with the Mexican celebration of the  Day of the Dead and a Mac cosmetic design he saw.
