Legal Battle Officially Begins Between The Royal Family And The French Magazine That Published Kate's Topless Pictures.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have just filed a lawsuit against the French publication that published nude photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.

A representative for St. James’s Palace has released a statement saying that “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France” on behalf of the royal couple,
