I.B.B Backs APC.

Former Military President General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida IBB has said that the emergence of All progressive Congress APC was good for the political development of Nigeria, adding that he has been vindicated.
IBB who spoke to Journalists on Thursday in Minna, recalled that when he proposed two party systems to Nigeria he was criticised and vilified but the recent development leading to the emergence of APC has made him happy.
While noting that the development was pushing the nation towards a two-party system, the former president said that APC would provide credible opposition and choice for others.
Asked whether the development would poise problem for his party PDP he retorted "PDP or my party? Which one is my party? PDP was my party," and refused to comment further.
