Do You Believe This?A Snake Swallowing A Girl.

I saw this picture on a Blog,the author said its a runs girl who was almost swallowed by a snake in a hotel and the picture was taken by a receptionist.According to him,she went to indulge herself in a man who came her way,The man turns into a giant snake and try to swallow her. a young hotel receptionist who took the image with her phone and went to call for help, she was able to get out
,i don't want to believe it,how is these possible or is it photo shop,please am confused can someone help me out here.
