Photos- Lawyers Arrive Supreme Court Abuja For The Continuation Of TheUgba/Suswam Case.

If you are one of those who think it is over between the Certificate case between Ugba and his brother Suswam, then you must be joking because right now lawyers and SANs are already at the SC for hearing.

It will be recalled that on the 14 Nov ,the case was re-opened and on that day Supreme Court fixed 26 Nov 2013 for hearing,on the same day ,it approved the substitution of ACN with APC since the ACN has merged with other parties to form APC. This decision was delivered after hearing a Motion on Notice filed by counsel to UGBAH/APC for substitution of name since ACN now operates under the name of APC.

The Supreme Court also asked APC to file fresh application attaching the copy of judgement delivered in favour of Governor Suswam and specifically ask Supreme Court to constitute Full court (panel of 7) to listen to the appeal.So they are back in court.
