Imagine !!!! due to lack of adequate health facilities and power supply,look at these Docs performing a Surgical Procedure with a rechargeable lamp,our Government has refused to improve and upgrade Health facilities ,even power supply is worse now,but they can approve N255million to purchase armoured cars for Ministers who travel abroad for treatment,so sad.
