Hon Mrs Ngunan Addingi Defeats Hon Adugu Gbileva At The Supreme Court,To Be Sworn In Next Week.

The Supreme court sitting in Abuja  has sacked APC's  Hon. Adugu Gbileve representing Buruku State Constituency Benue State House Of Assembly ,the Supreme Court ordered for Hon Ngunan Addingi to be sworn in as the authentic representative of the constituency.
When i spoke to her on the phone to congratulate her on her victory at the Apex Court,elated Hon Addingi who was surrounded by well wishers and supporters in Abuja said her victory is made from heaven,she said ''God visits us at the right time"
Her swearing in comes up on Tuesday at the Benue State House of Assembly Chambers.
Hon Addingi started the Legal battle to retrieve her mandate when ACN(Now APC) substituted her name for Hon Adugu at the primaries,She won the primaries to fly ACN flag at the General Elections but ACN ,replaced her name with Hon Adugu,Hon Addingi then approached the Courts to seek justice to the injustice ACN did to her, and she defeated Adugu from the lower courts to the Apex Court,the courts ruled that Ngunan was the authentic Candidate for the April 2011 elections,the battle went on for 24 months.
This is similar to what happened between Amaechi and Omehia in Rivers State.
