Elder Brother To The Benue State Gov.Chief Dr Terkula Suswam Drags Fed Govt Before ICJ.
Immediate elder brother to Governor Gabriel Suwam of Benue State, Chief Terkula Suswam, has dragged the Federal Government before the International Court of Justice at The Hague over what he described as crimes against humanity committed against the Tivnation.
Chief Suswam, who disclosed his intention while briefing journalists weekend in Anyiin in Logo Local Government Area, said he and others are worried that over the years, there has been a plot to wipe out the entire Tiv people citing the invasion of Zaki- Biam by the military forces during the Chief Obasanjo administration where scores of Tiv farmers were massacred in cold blood; as well as the recent Fulani attack on many Tiv communities.
We await the outcome.

This accusation is laughable. He who comes before the law should come with clear hands. This dude has no case. It seems he is just trying to gain relevances for future political position since his young brother tenure will soon expire.
