President & His Vice Sanitizing Their Hands.''YES' Whats the big deal?

 Ok i dont get it,whats the big deal about the President and his Vice sanitizing their hands.or is that Hand sanitizer going to be installed everywhere in Nigeria,seriously i don't get it ,i need someone to explain it to me,.The person who manages the Facebook account posted the image and said the President is sanitizing his hands.
Wait a minute,N1.9billion was released to fight  Ebola So this Purell Hand Sanitizers have now been supplied at Aso Rock Villa in Abuja hmmm. Ok what about others.

 Always use soap and water to wash your hands. Purell hand sanitizers mostly kill bacterias, not "Ebola" virus!
