“Charlotte, your grandmother @HillaryClinton and I couldn’t be happier!” the 68-year-old former President of the United States captioned the picture on his Twitter account.

“.@BillClinton and I are over the moon to be grandparents! One of the happiest moments of our life,” Hillary added on her account.

Chelsea Clinton welcomed her first child with husband Marc Mezvinsky on Friday (September 26) and we can’t wait to see more photos of the little one!

“We are thrilled to be with our daughter and her husband as they welcome their daughter into the world,” a statement from Bill and Hillary read. “Chelsea is well and glowing. Marc is bursting with pride.
