Benue Civil Servants Owed 3Months Salary Arrears | Pensioners 6 Months Arrears Yet To Be Paid.

In this difficult times how are they coping back home,I can't believe civil servants in Benue State are been owed three months’ salary arrears,i spoke to some of them to confirm if its true,they are also begging the Governor;Dr Gabriel Suswam to pay them with immediate effect.

Even the retirees, are being owed six months pension arrears, they have also called for the propmpt payment of their money.

In a swift reaction,the Commissioner for Finance, Omadachi Oklobia, has denied all these claims ,he said the pensioners were being owed four months, not six months as claimed. However, he would not explain why the civil servants were being owed three months arrears.
