9, 340 For Benue Varsity’s Convocation.

Benue State University (BSU), Makurdi will award certificates to 9, 340 graduands on Saturday.

Vice chancellor of the university, Prof. Charity Angya, said yesterday at a press briefing in Makurdi that those who distinguished themselves would also receive prizes during the 14th and 15th combined convocation ceremony.

He said 7, 832 will be awarded bachelors degrees, 1,104 to be awarded post graduate diplomas among others. She added that Justice Ogenyi Ogebe and late Senator Joshua Atume Adagba will be conferred with honorary degrees at the event.
