Benue PDP Gov. Candidate Hon Terhemen Tarzoor Takes Campaign To BenueCommunity In Lagos.

Benue State People Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Rt.Hon.Terhemen Tarzoor has promised to implement a five point development agenda with an addendum of 2 if elected Governor of Benue State come February 2015..



Hon Tarzoor made this disclosure during an interactive session with Benue Community in Lagos on thursday at the Benue Plaza complex in Victoria Island with his running mate Hon John Ngbede also present.

The PDP governorship flag bearer disclosed that ,Agriculture,Health,Education,Pension Reforms and Tourism will be given top priority if given the opportunity while also adding that Sport and the Traditional institution are other areas he will pay attention to.

Responding to questions and remarks,he noted that the state will invest its resources in food processing industries so as to reduce the wastage of crops that has been a major problem to farmers.He said the state will establish a yam and fruit factory in the Benue North east area while a  Palm oil factory will be established in Benue South

He disclosed his government will partner with faith based organization to improve the health care situation of the state.
Prince Tarzoor announced that a Bureau of Traditional Institution will be established to enable traditional rulers play key role in assisting government in their localities.
He charged everyone to obtain the PVC which is the only way they can elect a new Governor.

Responding to the governor's comment Mrs Mimi Atedze (A renowned Blogger) and John Yongu commended Tarzoor for his vision for the state while also calling on him to give more opportunities to women,orphans and widows in the state.

The interactive session attracted various groups in Lagos as well as the Mzough U Tiv,Tiv Youth forum and other groups who turned out in large number to receive the Gov.ship candidate

In his welcome address ,Mr Philip Akuhwa one of the organizers,welcomed the Governorship candidate to Lagos and thanked him for honouring their invitation to come and tell the Benue Community in Lagos what he intends to do for the people of Benue State if elected as Governor.

Others who spoke on behalf of their groups and organizations,commended him for creating time for Benue community,they enjoined him to ensure that he executes all the promises he is making during his campaigns.They promised to ensure that Tarzoor is elected Governor in February.

Earlier in the day,Hon Terhemen Tarzoor was handed the PDP flag to be the candidate of the party in an impressive ceremony at the Tafawa Balewa square Lagos ,he called on politicians to play by the rules instead of character assassinating opponents all in the name of politics.
