Fashion Designer,Alexander Wang Set To Release A New Design OfFurniture Collection In February.

Alexander Wang, fashion designer, creative director of Balenciaga and friend and client of interior designer Ryan Korban, has partnered with Italian label Poltrona Frau to design a furniture collection available in February.

 Having worked closely with Korban on the design of his flagship boutique and his own New York apartment, Wang became interested in furniture and credits iconic designers Karl Springer and Milo Baughman as inspiration for the three piece collection. 

Featuring sleek lines and luxurious materials, the collaboration features a shearling beanbag chair set on a nine-sided brass base, a leather version of the same chair, and a coordinating bar cabinet swathed in shagreen.
