There was a Peace mass today at St John's Cathedral Church organised by the Catholic Community  to pray for Peace in the state.
Bishop Wilfred Anagbe in his sermon appealed to all Christians in the state to emulate Christ by promoting peaceful coexistence stressing that Justice and Peace were two sides of one coin.

He prescribed the creation of ranches as obtained in other countries as a permanent solution to the herdsmen's perennial clash with farmers in Nigeria.
Seven Bishops drawn from Catholic Dioceses and other denominations are in attendance.
In attendance where , Benue State Governor Dr Gabriel Suswam,Senator Minority Leader,Senator George Akume,Senator Barnabas Gemade,Tor TIV Alfred Akawe Torkula,PDP Governorship Aspirant Terhemen Tarzoor and his running mate John Ngbede,APC Governorship aspirant Chief Samuel Ortom,Chief Mike Mku,Chief Joe Ikyaagba and other Benue leaders and community.
