Chelsea Set To Secure Replacements For Didier Drogba And John Terry In A £47m Package.

Chelsea have been linked with two world-class players over a summer transfer move. One from Italy, a striker and the other from Germany, a defender. Chelsea have been linked to a Manchester United striking target in Paulo Dybala. Dybala has become a force to reckon with in the Serie A with Palermo and he has his eyes set on a move away from Italy.

Dybala’s agent has quoted his client’s price at £29.5 million and Chelsea are more than comfortable to offer the fee for the talented young striker. Dybala has risen to prominence with Palermo, aged just 21, he has already scored 11 goals in just 23 appearance and has also provided 7 assists this term. He has had a great shot rate at goal with managing to have a go nearly 75 times.

Chelsea are looking for a perfect replacement of Didier Drogba, who is set to imitate Thierry Henry by stepping into coaching role with Chelsea. Chelsea already have Diego Costa and Loic Remy as their ultimate strike forces. Securing Dybala would only prove out to be too good for Chelsea and their long term plans. Already leading the Premier League table and with realistic chance to reach the Quarter final of UEFA Champions League. Chelsea look set to clinch a silverware this season starting with the Capital Cup final against Tottenham.

According to metro.co.uk, Howedes said, ‘I owe Schalke a lot, I have had a great experience during my time here,’ he told Bild. ‘However, if I were to imagine moving abroad to experience a life in a foreign country, England would be my destination.’

Chelsea also gunning for Benedict Howedes who is valued at around £17million. He has been a Schalke faithful and served them well over the years and the latter is well known for his tough tackling and aerial prowess. He is constantly under the tab as the Blues scouts are known to be watching the powerful center back to make the deal happen in the next window.

Chelsea are said to be leading the peck ahead of Manchester United and Arsenal who are also keen on securing the World Cup winner, but rumors and speculations suggests that Chelsea are leading the race.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are leading the Premier League race. They are seven points ahead of reigning champions Manchester City. If they manage to snap up a victory at home against Burnley, they will extend their lead to 10-points as Manchester City is set to play against Newcastle in a late kick-off
