Mourinho Wants To Replace Drogba With Striker Jonathas!

CHELSEA boss Jose Mourinho has set his sights on striker Jonathas as the long-term replacement for ageing Didier Drogba. The 25-year-old, currently on loan at Elche from Pescara, has eight goals and five assists in La Liga this term.
And according to toady’s reports in Spain, Mourinho sent his scouts to see him in action in the recent matches against Barcelona and Levante, bagging a header in the latter.

The Blues boss is expected to make a move for Jonathas in the summer, when 36-year-old Drogba’s contract is set to expire.

Elche boss Fran Escriba has previously compared the Brazilian to Diego Costa, who is Stamford Bridge’s top goalscorer with 17 since signing in the summer for £32m.
