PHOTO OF THE DAY: Alleged PDP dollars bribe for votes... Is this real?

A photo circulating on the intenet shows wads of dollars bills and a pdp logo in front of the envelope and its being alleged to be money that is being shared to top politicians and dignitaries for votes.

Do you think it's real, or maybe some form of gimmick?
