Pictures: Buhari Departs London On British Airways For Abuja.

                        

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) General Muhammadu Buhari, is to depart London shortly for Nigeria on British Airways Flight #083.

He is expected to arrive in Abuja early on Friday at 5:45 a.m.

The APC doesn’t plan any major airport ceremony to herald Buhari’s return because his arrival will be too early, However a close source said he will be returning to the campaign train right away. He had already visited 35 States within a few days before his trip to the United Kingdom.
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had made Buhari’s absence a major campaign issue, claiming that he was hospitalized for an undisclosed disease, but Buhari defied the rumors and made a working trip to Chatham House to deliver a heartwarming speech last week.

At the event Buhari laughed of any notion of illness.

Buhari, a retired General is contesting against the Incumbent President, Goodluck Jonathan in what many have labelled to be the most keenly contested elections on the African continent.
