Still On The Matter.....Hope Tarzoor Has Not Forgotten My Request, Can Someone Pass My Request To Ortom.Please read.

So due to the increasing rate of discrimination against women which has permeated through the civil service, public service, politics and military ranks, where critical appointments are being reserved for only men, with women relegated to the background,and due to the fact that even the politicians we have today do not appoint women to some certain positions, I do not know the reason for this, but we have women who can hold any appointment given to them.



I keep wondering why PDP has never picked a woman as vice presidential candidate, and why do some states prefer the male folks as Deputy Governor especially in the core North and middle belt where i come from.
When you go through the list of candidates for elective positions, women are always less.This is not encouraging.

It is for these reasons and others that during the Interactive season the Benue community in Lagos had with PDP guber candidate, Hon Terhemen Tarzoor, I spoke on behalf Benue women , I made special requests for Widows, Orphans,farmers, Pension of elderly women, I also reminded him to use his office if voted into power to fulfill the promise made by Benue state to families of the Air Force plane crash.....C140.
My biggest request........ I made a passionate appeal for a woman to be appointed SSG,a woman has never held this position in my state, I actually nominated Mrs Agogo from igedeland.

We need more vibrant, active, intelligent and young women to take positions in Benue state..my request received applause from the audience especially the Traditional rulers who were present, infact the Tor Tiv of Lagos pleaded with the Guber candidate to act on my request if voted, inshort that I should be appointed SSG.....they now call me SSG.lol.

Yes am serious about it.Even though we produced the first female Speaker in Nigeria in person of Hon Chief Mrs Margaret Icheen, my former boss, whom I served as a Personal Assistant, it won't be to much to appoint a woman as SSG.
I will also like the Ortom campaign group to extend my request to him, I know as a Man of God, he will listen to me.
Whoever wins, it will be a new Dawn for women.......
