This is unbelievable, someone sent the news flash to me,its trending on twitter right now.Some civil servants were caught coming late to work by Gov Fayose, who paid an unscheduled visit to the state secretariat,they were seen  begging their Gov to  forgive them for coming late. 

Disgusting.... But what do you expect them to do?
