Police Kills Notorious Armed Robber In Benue Know As ''Chemical''.

A notorious Benue armed robber who goes by the name Chemical, has been killed by the Police during a gun battle in an attempt to apprehend him and members of his gang.
Chemical, the gang leader, reportedly died in the course of the shootout. Some were arrested unhurt, while others are still struggling with bullet wounds.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Daniel Ezeani who confirmed the incident, disclosed that his men, acting on a tip-off, trailed the notorious gang to their hideout and engaged them in a gun duel.

DAILY POST reports  that about 10 other suspects in his gang were arrested. The arrest as we learnt was carried out on Tuesday, 5th of August.
It will be recalled that an armed gang riding on motorcycles, last weekend, stormed a supermarket in Zaki- Biam, and spread bullets on people, killing 8, leaving several others injured.
