A new British High Commissioner  has been posted to Nigeria he is  Paul Arkwright he was  introduced to staff of the British High Commission Abuja on Thursday .Paul Arkwright  expressed delight over the opportunity to serve in Nigeria, voiced his committment to UK-Nigeria mutual goals; and being a Bolton Wanderers fan, shared fond memories of Jay Jay Okocha's dazzling skills....see more pictures from the brief ceremony .
