Former Big Brother Housemate Lady May Involved In Motorbike Accident.

Namibian singer and former Big Brother Africa finalist, Lady May, real name Martha Namundjebo, is in the Intensive Care Unit after a road accident that happened around noon yesterday.

Speaking on behalf of the family Hilda Basson-Namundjebo confirmed the details of the accident.
The 'Bubblegum' singer was bumped by a delivery vehicle while on her scooter at a four way stop. According to Basson-Namundjebo, the driver of the vehicle alleged that he did not see Lady May coming from one of the stops at the four-way.
She added that the musician is receiving the “proper medical care that is needed at this stage” at a hospital known to The Namibian. Her condition is said to be stable.

“We ask that Namibia and Africa keep her in prayers,” said Basson-Namundjebo.
Lady May rose to fame in 2004 with her hit single 'Kamali' that won her first Sanlam-NBC Music Award.
She went on to do collaborations with big names in the Namibian music industry such as Gazza and PDK. She had a collaboration with the late South African artist Bojo Mujo that became an African hit.
