Two Blood Sisters Appointed As Head Of Government Agencies In Benue State.Is Quota System Dead?

                                 

Someone just drew my attention to this issue that two blood sisters Espy Adzape and Mimi Orubibi have been appointed to head two different parastatals in the state.
While Espy Adzape  is already heading Radio Benue Makurdi as General Manager,Mimi Adzape who just got screened to head BIRS,the funniest thing is that both bear same name even though Mimi is married to a Rivers indigene Orubibi.
Well its the expertise and experience that we want we can't also ignore the fact that they are good at what they are doing ,but whatever happened to Quota system and zoning in APC.
