ABOUT THE EVENT:
Benue Idol is an annual youth empowerment concert designed to reach out to Benue youths and provide a platform to showcase and celebrate great talents. It is packaged by Idoma Diva Blog and Wyte Image Media. It has three phases;
1. Audition Phase: here, all the contestants will be auditioned to select those qualified to participate in the concert. Twenty contestants will be selected to participate for the online voting.
2. Online Voting Phase: In this phase, five contestants with the lowest votes during the online voting will be evicted from the contest.
3. Grand Finale Phase: This is the last stage of the event where the winner will emerge with 4 others.
AIM AND PURPOSE
Benue Idol is initiated to uphold the Benue pride which includes the culture, creativity and tourism, most importantly, promot Benue State. Benue is known for producing great talents, this event is to help search for those great talents and help them showcase it to the world. Benue Idol is specifically for youth empowerment. Most Benue youths are gifted beyond measures but how to use their potentials and showcase it out becomes the major challenge. Benue idol is initiated to search, identify and help such people come to limelight. The event is schedule for once in every year.

Registration ends 30th November 2015. All the contestants that made it to the last phase will be expected to open an account with zenith bank in other to receive their cash prize immediately after the contest. This is to avoid the issue of star prize not been given out after winners immerge.
