Election Tribunal Dismisses Daniel Onjeh's Petition Against Senator David Mark.

The National Assembly Tribunal sitting in Makurdi,tuesday,06 october 2015 dismissed the petition filed by APC's candidate for Benue South senatorial district, Mr. Dan Onjeh against former Senate President of the Federal Republic, Senator David Mark on the grounds of lack of proof of evidence of voting irregularities, over voting and belated prosecutor al submissions, etc. More details soon.
