Doing all she can to help estranged husband Lamar Odom recover from last week's apparent drug overdose, which left Lamar in a coma for many days.
So, where does this leave Khloe's boyfriend, NBA superstar James Harden?

Out in the cold, according to TMZ insiders.

Now that Odom has been transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles, Khloe can spend nearly every waking second with her former husband of four years.
She has always been open about her profound feelings for Odom and he clearly needs her now more than ever, meaning Khloe has placed her relationship with Harden on hold.
Sources tell TMZ that Kardashian has "put the breaks" on her romantic entanglement with the Houston Rockets shooting guard.
Call it a temporary break up. Call it a quasi split. Do not refer to it as the surefire end of the line for Khloe and Harden if you would rather hold out hope for those two.
But the professional basketball season also starts next week, meaning Harden will be jetting around the country on a constant basis.
Considering Khloe is still legally married to Odom... and considering she plans to remain by his side throughout what will be a very long rehab.
