This young man shared these pictures on Facebook,according to him the flogging took place at the 72 Special Forces Battalion Army Barracks North Bank Makurdi,he named Lt Abiola and Lt. Silas for torturing him.Torture is a Human Rights violation.Am glad NHRC has taken up the matter.This is so wrong.see more pictures
