Obama Places $5 Million Bounty On Head Of Key ISIS Terrorist

US President, Barrack Obama’s administration last night announced it’s offering a reward of $5 million for information that would lead to the location of Tirad al-Jarba, -pictured above- a key Islamic terrorist in charge of mobilizing foreign fighters in Syria.

Tirad, better known as Abu-Muhammad al-Shimali leads ISIS immigration and logistics committee responsible for coordinating smuggling activities, financial transfers and the movement of supplies into Syria and Iraq from Europe, North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.
