Ortom Submits Names Of Former Benue Head Of Service Fidelis Anweh,Mike Konduun,John Ochoga And Others As State Board Members.

The Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom has forwarded the name of Prof. John Ortyoyande to the Benue State House of Assembly for confirmation as Chairman of Local Government Service Commission, while Mr. Mike Konduun, Mr. Akaakuma Ahenakaa and Mr. Wilfred Dunya as Commissioners in the Commission.
Also today , the House took delivery of the names of Dr. Fidelis Anweh, Barr. Mrs. Margaret Atu and Barr. John Ochoga to be confirmed as members of the State Judicial Service Commission.

Reading the letters that contained the names of the nominees from the Governor, the House Majority Leader, Rt. Hon. Barr. Benjamin Adanyi quoted the Governor as saying the nominations are in line with his constitutional powers conferred on him by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The nominees will be screened on a later date.
