Photos | President Buhari In Kebbi State To Launch The N20Billion Rice Farmers’ Borrowers Scheme.

President Buhari is in Kebbi state now to formally launch N20billion ‘Anchor Borrowers’ Programme’ which the Central Bank of Nigeria has set aside for rice farmers across Nigeria.

The programme is an initiative of the CBN aimed at creating an Ecosystem to link out-growers (small holder farmers) to local processors.
