APC Moves Against Faleke.

Abuja - The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) might move against the party’s deputy governorship candidate in Kogi State, James Abiodun Falake for dragging the party to court, reports New Telegraph.

Faleke had on Monday sued the party for adopting Yahaya Bello as the governorship candidate of the party in the Kogi State supplementary election.

He is praying the court to declare him as governor-elect.
He also rejected the party’s offer to be the running mate to Bello in the supplementary election.
Timi Frank, the party’s Acting National Publicity Secretary, who disclosed the party’s plans against Faleke, said it was wrong for Faleke to have taken the party to court.
