On Friday, 29th May, 2015, while taking oath as the 5th Executive governor of Benue State, governor Samuel Ortom recited a lengthy speech with the following words therein.Cont to read more..

"...My dear compatriots, as your governor, I pledge to govern with the fear of God. This shall translate to core values including transparency, accountability, fairness, justice, humility, selflessness, disciple, integrity, integration, forgiveness and reconciliation".
The pics above is a property belonging to former governor Gabriel Suswam. The matter is before a competent court for adjudication yet the Ortom government feels it is above the law?
The notice above is part of how much Ortom has achieved as a man who is governing with the fear of God. And he mentions FAIRNESS and JUSTICE?

AND I ADD

At that same area, on the same line, there are other lodges. One was sold to Sen. George Akume, one to my kinsman, Ahom, the other to O'chi Idoma son and the last to Mike Iordye who actually presided over the sale of the adjoined five lodges.
Suswam's lodge, the one in contention is actually in the middle of these other flats. This is indeed petty.
We are indeed setting a precedence that is actually a time bomb or whirlwind that ll blow no one any good.

The most interesting issue here is that this case has gone to the Apeal Court. All the parties as confirmed at the court's registrar
