Man Defrauds Men By Pretending To Be A Woman.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Joseph Offor, on Monday affirmed the capture of a man, Hussieni Biyaya who supposedly cheated men of cash by dressing like a lady.

Offor said that the suspect was captured on Saturday at around 4.30 p.m. while trying to cheat another man.
The state police representative said the suspect, who bore a lady’s name, Kadijat, was wearing Muslim hijab when he met one Hassimu of No. 25, Iyana Street, Ajegunle and consented to a relationship.

As indicated by Offor, Hassimu had needed to take the gathered lady, Kadijat home, however the suspect can’t, giving different reasons.
Offor said, “While they were dragging themselves at the CMS Bus Stop, policemen from Lion Building who were on watch saw them and mediated.
“They were taken to the police headquarters for disrupting public peace.
“At the station, Hassimu affirmed that the suspect had gathered about N15,000 from him with a guarantee to wed him.
“Hassimu was stunned to hear the admission of the suspect that he is a man masked in ladies’ outfit to dupe men.
“The suspect admitted that he has been into the business for around two years and that he had cheated numerous men in Lagos of unspecified measure of cash.
