Shocking! Man Arrested and Maltreated for Overtaking Vice President's Convoy (Photos)

 

A man has been issued the embarrassment of his life after he was arrested for overtaking the vice resident's convoy.
The man pictured above was allegedly arrested and maltreated for overtaking the convoy of Uganda's Vice President.
Facebook user, Basudde Sam, broke the news when he posted these pictures with these words: This is what happens when u think you are above the law. The Kamuswaga being arrested for overtaking the Vice President's Convoy.
