Benue State Gov Swears In New President Customary Court Of Appeal,Justice Cosmas Idye.


The new President, Benue State Customary Court of Appeal, Justice Cosmas Idye took oath of office today before Governor Samuel Ortom,  at Government House, Makurdi.
