I don't know where this incident took place,but its inhuman and wicked for a teacher to flog a child like this.The person who posted it on facebook said the little  boy is nursing severe wounds arising from inhuman beatings from his teacher,imagine how merciless and hurtful is this man claiming to be a teacher,we should come out with full force to condemn these actions against our children!‪Just last week in Lagos ,a child was flogged like this and the state govt ordered an investigation into the matter.No matter what this child has done ,this is too much.see more pictures.
