Kaduna State Gov Nasir El Rufai Receives World Bank Officials.

Kaduna state Governor Mallam Nasir El Rufai today met with World Bank officials Mahtar Diop, VP Africa Region & Country Director Rachid Benmessaoud.
The governor also attended the launch of the Bank of Industry Youth Entrepreneurship support programme held in Abuja.
