President Muhammadu Buhari’s first assignment in the Unites States of America (USA) was to hold bilateral talks with the Secretary of State, Senator John Kerry. During the discussion which was held at the Walter Washington Convention Centre on Thursday, March 31, President Buhari also spoke about the 2016 budget, where he explained when he would sign the document. 

The president is in the US for the Nuclear Security Summit, where he would be meeting with the American president, Barrack Obama and other world leaders.
