Nigerians and Americans fight over "Egusi Soup" on Social Media.

So today, a fight broke out between Nigerians and Americans on social media, over Egusi soup.

It all started when Popular blog The Shade Roomuploaded a photo of a plate of Egusi soup and Fufu and asked people to name the food.

Americans following the blog made banters and used derogatory terms to describe the food, comments which Nigerians on the page didn’t find funny. There were clapbacks, and it all has since degenerated into a messy feud.
